2. Platform description
TRUEVOLT is a platform that connects buyers with certified refurbished electronics stores. We do not sell devices directly. All transactions occur between buyers and certified sellers.
3. User responsibilities
Users are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining account security, and using the platform in compliance with applicable laws. Any misuse of the platform may result in account termination.
4. Certified seller standards
Sellers must maintain TRUEVOLT certification standards at all times. Listings must accurately reflect device condition. Misrepresentation of device condition is grounds for immediate removal from the platform.
5. Limitation of liability
TRUEVOLT facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not responsible for the quality of individual transactions. We encourage buyers to review condition reports carefully and contact sellers with any questions before purchasing.
6. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
