How do I delete my TRUEVOLT Customer account?

Open the TRUEVOLT Customer app, go to Profile → Edit Profile, then tap Delete Account and confirm.

How do I delete my TRUEVOLT Seller account?

Open the TRUEVOLT Seller app, go to Profile → Account, then tap Delete Account and confirm. This also closes your shop and archives your listings.

What happens when I delete my account?

We soft-delete your account, scrub personal information from active records, and free your mobile number for re-registration. Sellers also have their shop closed and listings archived. Some records may be retained where required for legal, fraud, or financial compliance.

Delete your account

You can request deletion of your TRUEVOLT account and associated personal data directly in the Customer or Seller app. Follow the steps below for your account type.

Customer account

Use the TRUEVOLT Customer app on your phone or tablet.

Open the TRUEVOLT Customer app and sign in.
Go to Profile.
Open Edit Profile.
Tap Delete Account at the bottom.
Confirm deletion when prompted.

Seller account

Use the TRUEVOLT Seller app on your phone or tablet.

Open the TRUEVOLT Seller app and sign in.
Go to Profile.
Open Account.
Tap Delete Account at the bottom.
Confirm deletion when prompted.

What deletion includes

Your account is deactivated and personal details are scrubbed from active profile records.
Your mobile number is freed so you can register again later if needed.
For sellers, your shop is closed and listings are archived so they no longer appear in the marketplace.
Limited records may be retained where required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, or financial compliance.
