1. Certification requirements
Certified sellers must maintain the standards set during their initial verification. Any significant change to business operations, location, or ownership must be reported to TRUEVOLT within 7 days.
2. Listing standards
All device listings must include accurate condition reports, battery health percentages, and cosmetic grades. Misrepresentation of device condition is a violation of this agreement and may result in immediate removal.
3. Customer service obligations
Certified sellers must respond to buyer enquiries within 24 hours. Disputes must be handled professionally and in good faith. TRUEVOLT may mediate disputes upon request.
4. Pricing and fees
TRUEVOLT does not charge commission on sales. Sellers set their own prices. TRUEVOLT reserves the right to introduce platform fees in the future with 30 days notice.
5. Compliance
Sellers must comply with all applicable Indian laws, including GST regulations, consumer protection laws, and electronic waste disposal regulations.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. TRUEVOLT may terminate immediately for violations of listing standards, customer service obligations, or applicable laws.
